Southwestern Journey: Tucson, Tombstone & Bisbee – April 2016

“We embarked on a fascinating 5-day journey back in time to the Old West on our recent excursion to Southern Arizona. We marveled at the vast forest of giant saguaros in Saguaro National Park, walked the famed streets of the rough-and-tumble town of Tombstone, visited Mission San Xavier del Bac – the oldest intact European structure in Arizona, discovered the enchanting underground wilderness and stone formations of Kartchner Caverns, took a mine train tour through one of the world’s richest copper mines in Bisbee, enjoyed an exclusive “Boneyard” tour at the Pima Air Museum, and explored the curious forms of wildlife and desert plants that inhabit the area at the world-renowned Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum.”
