CANCELLATION PROTECTION PLAN (CPP) FOR MOTOR COACH TOURS

 

Let's face it... the unexpected sometimes happens. DayTripper Tours offers an optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) for most one-day and multi-day motor coach tours originating in San diego, which provides peace of mind in the event you have to cancel your booking at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

The CPP allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up until one-to-two-hours prior to your scheduled departure time to receive a full refund (less the CPP fee), provided you notify DayTripper Tours by telephone of your change of plans at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled departure time on day-trips and at least two (2) hours on multi-day trips so the bus crew can be notified. The cost of the CPP for most one-day tours is approximately $5 per $50 of the full tour fare and may be purchased at any time prior to the tour’s published cancellation deadline. The cancellation deadline for each tour is shown on each tour page. CPP may not be offered on certain ticketed events, or may be offered at a slightly higher rate, and is not available on air tours and cruises.

 

When you need to cancel your booking, there's no paperwork to fill out and no questions asked. With the CPP you can simply change your mind up until one or two hours before your scheduled departure time and your full tour fare will be refunded, less the CPP fee.

 

The CPP is not insurance, but rather an agreed-upon cancellation fee paid in advance for the right to cancel a reservation according to the terms stated in this section. To cancel your booking, please call (619) 334-3394 and press zero to speak to an agent or to leave a voicemail.
