Día de los Muertos at Hollywood Forever Cemetery

Travel with us to the Hollywood Forever Cemetery to attend the 25^th annual Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) festival. This joyous Mexican holiday is a celebration of life honoring friends and family members who have passed on with vibrant art, elaborate ofrendas (altars), music, dance, and costumes. The festival features artists, performers, live entertainment, food and craft vendors, a special Day of the Dead art exhibition in the Hollywood Forever Cathedral Mausoleum, and a procession of Aztec ritual dancers in full costume offering blessings as they parade past more than 100 ornate ofrendas created by the community in remembrance of ancestors and loved ones. Your excursion also includes a visit to L.A.'s famous Farmers Market and The Grove shopping complex for an early dinner on your own.

Know Before You Go

• This event is outdoors, so we recommend wearing sun protection (hat, sunglasses, suncreen, etc.) and comfortable walking shoes.

• You may bring a blanket to sit on but there are no chairs allowed.

14-Day Cancellation Deadline

• If you purchased the optional Cancellation Protection Plan (CPP) prior to the deadline, you can cancel your booking at any time for any reason and you'll receive a full refund of the tour fare.

• If you declined the CPP, you may cancel your reservation fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date to receive a refund less a $15 per person cancellation fee. Alternatively, when you cancel your booking fourteen (14) or more days prior to the departure date, you can avoid the cancellation fee by transferring the funds to another tour or a non-refundable voucher, which can be applied to any future excursion booked within one year of the original tour date. Bookings canceled within 14 days of the departure date are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason. Name changes on daytrips are always permitted at no additional cost.
