At the tender age of just 16, Anka got his first taste of fame in the late ’50s with his hits “Diana” and “Lonely Boy.” While dating the most famous Mouseketeer of all time, Annette Funicello, he shot to international stardom with classic hits like “Puppy Love” and “Put Your Head on My Shoulder.” Later, while spending time with the Rat Pack in Las Vegas, Anka wrote the legendary tune “My Way” for his friend Frank Sinatra.
